Lunge Ring

A large lunge ring is the perfect place to start a youngster’s education, giving them the best opportunity for a successful start in their racing career. It is also a useful area to build up strength and balance amongst the older horses should it be required.

It is also a useful area to further training and development of the staff. Previously, we have had Yogi Breisner, a world-renowned coach to the British Eventing Team, visit and give the riders a session in the lunge ring to further develop their skill set. We have also had Witheford Equine join us to give a team training session on horse psychology, the handling of horses’ in different scenarios and managing difficult horses.
