Lauren Webb announced as finalist in the Godolphin Stud and Stable Staff Awards

We are delighted to announce that Lauren Webb has made the final three in the Leadership category for the Godolphin Stud and Stable Staff Awards.

206 nominations were received at Godolphin across both the racing and breeding industries, and were reduced down to ten in each category. The final shortlist of three was decided and will take part in a remote judging day on the 22nd February. That evening, an interactive virtual awards ceremony will take place free and live on Racing TV, hosted by ITV racing’s Ed Chamberlain.

A qualified rider coach Lauren is passionate about developing the team around her and passing on her knowledge. Off horseback, ‘Lessons with Lozza’ are an important part of empowering the team and diversifying their skill set. Lauren has completed a diploma in management through the Chartered Management Institute as well as the National Association of Racing Staff ‘Mentoring Leadership and Team Skills’ course.

In 2020, Kubler Racing won the Lycetts Team Champion Award and the yard was also recognised for ‘Excellence in Training and Development’. Lauren’s commitment to developing her colleagues was a vital factor in gaining both of these awards.
