Thoughts on Av a Word at Windsor

Av a Word makes his debut in the 6.20 at Windsor this evening. The two year old colt is ridden by Dougie Costello in the six furlong maiden. Quite a raw animal at this stage of his career he has shown ability in his homework and should be a decent type going forward. He does have coltish tendencies and he will probably need the experience today.

Curve Ball looks the horse to beat on his recent second at Newmarket with Act of Freedom and Himself both having shown potential on their two starts its a reasonable contest.
