Thoughts on Forest Demon

One runner today, Forest Demon heads to Yarmouth where he is set to line up in the 5.10pm under Richard Kingscote.

Forest Demon has been progressing quietly this summer and got a deserved win at Newmarket two starts ago. His tongue tie came off in the stalls last time out so we can put a line through that run. The long galloping straight at Yarmouth should suit him fine, the going remains between good-soft and good.

In terms of opposition it does look to be a competitive race, Battista is a three year old who looks like he has not reached the ceiling of his ability yet. Tuxedo Junction drops in class and is respected whilst Queen’s Company has an excellent course record.

The gelding runs in the colours of his syndicate owners Capture The Moment IX and will be led up by James Pulley who cares for him daily at home.
