Thoughts on Helm Rock

Helm Rock heads to Newcastle where he represents Racing League team London & The South in the mile handicap at 8.15pm, Rossa Ryan takes the ride.

Helm Rock has had a really good season without winning a race. On the face of it he was a bit disappointing on his last couple of starts, but the 7f at Yarmouth was too sharp and he ran a good race in what looked a strong field from a wide draw last time out at Haydock.

These Racing League races are valuable and always very competitive as a result of this, so any number of horses would have a good chance here.

Helm Rock is owned by Capture The Moment VII and will be led up by James Pulley who cares for him daily at home.
