Thoughts on Mutineer at Bath

Mutineer makes his seasonal reappearance and handicap debut this afternoon at Bath in the 5.40. George Downing takes the reigns in the mile classified stakes. Mutineer has wintered well and has done plenty of work but looks to the eye as though there is still more to come. Having gone out for his winter break quite late he still hasn’t quite come in his coat. Although we expect a decent run this afternoon there should still be improvement to come.
The opposition are fairly closely matched and mostly have solid efforts to their name in this kind of company and the less exposed pair of Rajbalaraaj and I’vegotthepower look the most likely improvers.
