Today the team head to Wolverhampton with one runner on Saturday 19th October. SALAMANCA LAD lines up in the 7.00pm handicap over 1 mile 1 furlong 104 yards, Saffie Osborne will be in the saddle this evening.

Salamanca Lad runs in the colours of partnership Fellowship Racing and Diskovery. He will be led up by Epona Miller who cares for and rides the gelding at home. This evening they will be overseen at the races by Tamsin Karn.

Salamanca Lad runs for one of our in house partnerships, he was purchased by Daniel and Claire at the horses in training sale for just 12,000gns. This gelding has provided connections with a huge amount of fun along the way and everyone has been able to have a real taste of racehorse ownership. As an owner, you are involved with the team here at Sarsen Farm every step of the way. For this partnership it was very much about finding the key to unlock Salamanca Lad’s potential which was rewarded by winning three consecutive races this summer, owners enjoying many great days at the races together and importantly making memories that will last a lifetime.
