Lauren Webb Shortlisted for the Stud & Stable Staff Awards

We are delighted that Lauren Webb has been shortlisted for the Godolphin National Stud and Stable Staff Awards in the leadership category. Lauren is the yard manager at Sarsen Farm, an outstanding horsewoman she has a strong commitment to constantly developing her leadership skills.

A qualified rider coach Lauren is passionate about the development of the team around her and passing on her knowledge. Off horseback, “Lessons with Lozza” are a key part of empowering the team in diversifying their skillset. Lauren has completed a diploma in management through the Chartered Managment Institute and the National Association of Racing Staff ‘Mentoring, Leadership and Team Skills” Course.

Alongside winning the overall Lycetts Team Champion Award this year the yard was also received recognition for excellence in the Training & Development Category. Lauren’s commitment to developing her colleagues was a key factor in gaining the award. Congratulations Lauren!!
