Race Previews – Friday 3rd of June
A busy day for the team with three runners at three different tracks.
Bowland Park
Bowland Park heads to Epsom for the 2.35 at Epsom. Jack Mitchell rides in the extended mile handicap. A valuable prize, it looks a deep field. The gelding has really started to thrive in the past few weeks and can hopefully put a lacklustre seasonal debut at Redcar behind him. Bowland Park has course and distance form which is often a real asset on the challenging track.
A couple come here in really good form, Excel Power on the back of a hat-trick in particular. Oh This is Us is a solid campaigner and perhaps not quite the force he was winning a the Group 3 Diomed Stakes here last year over course and distance warrants respect. Hortzadar and Revich are others that can go well here.
Bowland Park is owned by breeders Gary & Lesley Middlebrook. He will be led up tomorrow by Shannon Passotti who cares for him at home.
Rampage
Rampage runs in the 5.33 at Doncaster. He makes his second start in the mile novice with James Sullivan up. He should take a step forward for his debut run. Rampage is quite a laid back character and he is still a work in progress but should strip fitter this time. He travelled well enough last time before finding fitness an issue late on.
A very open race with several horses who have made very encouraging starts to their careers. Picking out one of the other is difficult.
Rampage is owned by David Blunt & Gary Middlebrook. He will be led up by James Pulley and overseen by Tamsin Karn.
Zulu Girl
Zulu Girl runs in the 7.30 at Bath. Regular partner Nicola Currie is on board in the mile handicap. The filly bounced back to form on her second start of the season to win at Brighton. Her fourth win for the yard. Her very best form to date has been at Brighton and she needs to show she can reproduce that elsewhere.

Danville looks a serious rival, having won a higher grade race at Windsor last time out. Mark of Respect is another who is respected.
Zulu Girl is woned by Colin & Trish Fletcher Hall. She will be led up Ilse Belien who cares for her at home and overseen by Shaun Johnson who is her regular rider.
