Today the team head to Lingfield Park racecourse with one runner on Saturday 18th January. HELM ROCK lines up in the 12.50pm class 3 handicap over one mile, Richard Kingscote will be in the saddle again this afternoon.

Helm Rock runs for owners Capture The Moment VII and will be led up today by James Pulley who cares for him at home. He is ridden in his daily exercise by Alex Swinswood and today they will be overseen at the races by travelling manager Shaun Johnson.
