Successful Week At Tattersalls

During the second week of the sales at Tattersalls in Newmarket we were able to purchase two good looking fillies, both are strong and athletic and have great temperaments. The first was a Compton Place filly sold to us by Lowick Hall Stud, run by Conor Coglan who did a fantastic job preparing her for the sales. She is a precocious looking type who should be an early two year old. The second purchase was a strong Medicean  filly, who is a very relaxed individual consigned by Tibthorpe Stud, who is closely related to the Richard Hannon trained Producer, who looks a very promising two year old having won his last three starts. We will give the yearlings an easy time to recover from the sales over the next few days at Mertoun Paddocks, which is conveniently located across the road from the sales ground.
