Thoughts on Arishka
Arishka has made the trip to Redcar for the 3.35 today (Monday 27th of May). Richard Kingscote is aboard the filly for the first time aboard over the five furlongs as she bids for her third win of the season. Following her good run of recent form (two wins and a second) she climbs in grade today. There is now some rain forecast and we have always felt she would be better on a sounder surface so it is to be hoped it doesn’t get into the ground too much.
This looks a competitive heat with several of the horses coming in here in good form. Wise Word won in this grade at Newcastle last time out and on that basis sets the standard. Abate looks as if this drop back to five will suit on handicap debut and the class dropping Enchanted Linda and Collect Call warrant respect. Kyllachy Warrior and Northern Society also come here in good form and if continuing to develop are other possible threats.
Arishka will be led up by James Pulley and overseen by Travelling manager Shaun Johnson. Arishka races for the Diskovery Partnership and Crowd Racing. Their members have received an extensive preview and analysis of the field as well as race plans. Many will be there today cheering on their filly together. If that sounds exciting we only have a couple of shares remaining in an strong two year old filly that is developing well that will be racing for the Diskovery Partnership click for more details.
