Thoughts on Bowland Park
Bowland Park is kicking off the turf season for Sarsen Farm this afternoon (Sunday 28th March) in the 3.40 at Doncaster. Adam McNamara is aboard the three year old colt for the mile and a quarter handicap and they are drawn in stall 4.

A small field of five runners, but competitive nonetheless. Annandale and Tamborrada are both aiming for a hat trick after wins on their last two starts. They both look capable of improving past Fairmac who finished a fair way in front of Bodroy on their most recent start. It will be interesting to see where Bowland Park fits into the form and tactics could play a part in such a small field, however the form of Tamborrada looks strong and he could well be a horse on his way to stronger races.
Bowland Park was bred by and races for Gary and Lesley Middlebrook. He is by New Bay, out of the Toubougg mare, Distinctive. Bowland Park will be led up by Alice Roberts, and overseen by Travelling Manager Shaun Johnson.
