Thoughts on Dream Approval tomorrow
Dream Approval makes her racecourse debut in the 6.50 at Goodwood tomorrow (13th July). Thomas Brown will take the ride in the 6 furlong maiden at 6.50. Purchased at the breeze ups she is a very straight forward filly and has been professional in her work at home. Goodwood is a nice track to gain her first experience as she will learn plenty on the downs and the ground is normally prepared beautifully by the team there.
Dream Approval is taking on the colts and is 1 of 2 debutants in the field, the other being Red Rebel, in what looks a solid contest on paper. The most obvious danger appears to be The Dapper Tapper who was only beaten ¼ of a length on his racecourse debut 2 weeks ago and should improve for that run. Stablemates L’Etacq and Step To The Shears also shaped well on debut and appears to be L’Etacq who is the fancied of the pair based upon jockey bookings.
