Thoughts on Forest Demon
Forest Demon is our first runner of the week, he heads to Windsor where he will line up in the 8.40pm under Richard Kingscote.
The gelding takes a step up in trip and gets fitted with cheekpieces today. He is quite a laid back character and the cheekpieces should channel his effort a bit better. The sounder the race surface this evening the better we are likely to see of him.

In terms of his rivals, Tiffany looks likely to improve for the extra distance she gets here and has already won over shorter. Molly Valentine wouldn’t be a guaranteed stayer but has some decent form in the book. Natzor will appreciate this trip and did finish ahead of Forest Demon at Newbury, albeit we were struck into and checked at a critical juncture of the race.
Forest Demon runs in the colours of owners Capture The Moment IX and will be led up by James Pulley who cares for him daily at home.
