Thoughts on Freesia Gold
We have one runner today. Freesia Gold runs in the 3.55 at Kempton. John Fahy rides the filly in the 6 furlong novice race. The bonny Ontoawinner filly got sick after her last race so missed a bit of training, she’s back on form now and we drop back to six to give her a different experience at Kempton, both her races so far having been on tight left handed tracks.
James Street has already won twice over six and reappears following a wind operation following a disappointing effort over seven in Group company last time. He carries a lot of weight but his class should be enough. Several of the lightly raced opposition should improve and give the race a bit of depth. Turquoise Friendly showed enough on debut to think he will be a nice horse in due course.
