Thoughts on Helm Rock

Helm Rock runs at Kempton tonight in the mile handicap at 7pm under Richard Kingscote.

The 7f and undulations at Chepstow last time didn’t play to Helm Rock’s strengths and it was all happening a bit too quick for him. He has otherwise run very well in similar contests this season and can be competitive here today.

Helm Rock runs for owners Capture The Moment VII and will be led up by James Pulley who cares for him daily at home.
