Thoughts on Involved

Involved runs today (9th March) in the 7.00 at Kempton under Robert Winston. He steps up to a mile and a half for the first time. He has the widest stall in nine. He has made a solid stating to his career having won once and been placed on his other three starts. He will have learned plenty from his first run in handicap company last time.

Plenty of these have seen a lot of each other recently, Nylon Speed has a better draw than he has in a couple of these similar contests and and on balance looks the horse to beat. For all that Double Legend is an improving horse this is quite a big jump up from his latest victory and he may be vulnerable to some of these seasoned campaigners.

Involved was bred by Peter Onslow who races him in partnership with Gary Middlebrook. He will he led up by Yard Manager Lauren Webb and assisted by Travelling Manager Shaun Johnson. Both of whom ride him regularly he is looked after by Jan Kasecky.
