Thoughts on Involved at Wolverhampton

Involved returns to action this afternoon in the 4.00 at Wolverhampton. Rob Winston is aboard the colt for the mile and half a furlong novice race. A good moving colt he takes on a field of six. He made an encouraging debut at the course over seven furlongs staying on nicely for fourth after a slow start in race that has worked out reasonably. He didn’t really enjoy Southwell on his next start when finishing second to an odds on shot.

Kynance has by far the best form of Involved’s rivals today and will be the one to beat, she didn’t really look in love with Fibresand at Southwell last time out and bar that run has been pretty consistent. The newcomers don’t look the most obvious candidates on paper.
