Thoughts on L’Enclume
L’enclume heads to Kempton on Wednesday 16th of February for the 8.00. She was an impressive winner last time out over course and distance in a novice race. Jack Mitchell is on board as she switches to handicap company. Her opening mark looks fair, and she should be competitive in this grade. L’enclume shoulders 10-2 due to the manner in which the weights have been framed for the race, which is fair burden and gives weights to her rivals.
The standard of the race is set by Cherokee Dance, who has run well in similar fillies handicaps this winter. Allowed has improved as she has stepped up in distance. She creeps up a furlong again on the back of her first win last time, and looks the biggest danger. Needle Lace is another making the switch to handicap company with a progressive looking profile.
L’enclume runs in the colours of owner breeders Gary and Lesley Middlebrook. She will be led up by James Pulley who cares for her at home. We currently have shares available in some exciting fillies, you can explore the excitement of getting involved in on here.
