Thoughts on Lil Guff

Lil Guff runs this afternoon in the 1.00 at Ffos Las. Richard Kingscote is in the irons for six furlong nursery handicap. The pair are drawn in stall 6. Lil Guff has been placed in three starts in Novice and Maiden company and deserves a win today. She heads into nursery handicap company for the first time and should be competitve.

Night Candle could be a danger here after dropping in grade having won a maiden and ran in some hot nurseries since.

Lil Guff is by Twilight Son, out of the Holy Roman Emperor mare, Lady McGuffy. She was bred by and races for Wayne Clifford. She will be led up by Epona Miller, who cares for and rides the filly at home, and overseen by Shaun Johnson.
