Thoughts on Lil Guff
Lil Guff lines up in the 5.45pm at Bath on Friday 19th April. Dylan Hogan, who has steered her to victory once before takes the ride in the 5 furlong Listed contest.
Lil Guff is a tough hardy filly who has won twice every season. On the ratings she has a little bit to find with a few of these. In her favour she generally runs her race and a bit of black type would be a huge benefit to her future career as a broodmare. She is well drawn and the drying ground is a big plus.

Vadream is a class act and her best form would make her tough to beat here. Adaay in Devon has been hugely progressive and isn’t necessarily done yet. Fellow three year old Unbreak My Heart showed some good form at 2 and is another who can progress. Pinafore is a four year old who has a progressive profile. Electric Storm is unbeaten and although this represents a big step up in class it would not be wise to discount her chances.
Lil Guff runs in the colours of owner Wayne Clifford and was bred by Sarah Clifford at their Byerley Stud. She will be led up by Epona Miller who rides and cares for her daily at home.
