Thoughts on Lil Guff – Wednesday

Lil Guff is our sole runner of the day, she lines up in the 7.25pm at Epsom. Cieren Fallon now replaces William Buick in the saddle.

Lil Guff has won two of her last three, starts all over five furlongs. Last time she was second at the Haydock where she just lacked the absolute pace over that quick five but finished strongly. This sharp six should be fine for as she has won four times over the distance. The track is of idiosyncratic but she’s won at Goodwood so should be alright here.

Lil Guff

A competitive sprint handicap but the three year old, Havana Pusey could prove to be a cut above these in times. She wasn’t disgraced in listed company last time and that was just her third start. She’s out of a useful mare who achieved plenty,

Lil Guff runs in the colours of owner Wayne Clifford, she was bred by Sarah Clifford at their Byerley Stud. The filly will be led up by Epona Miller who rides and cares for her daily at home.
