Thoughts on Medrano

Medrano makes his debut for the yard in the 4.35 at Ripon this afternoon (Thursday 19th of April). Philip Makin rides in the ten furlong contest. Coming back off a long layoff it’s always difficult to predict exactly how they will go. However he has done a decent amount of work and if retaining his full ability should go well if able to overcome a tough draw. He should enjoy the ground.

To Dibba was a decent three year old and progeny of Dubawi often progress as they get older. Gelded and running for the first time since a wind operation he looks the one that the more seasoned campaigners have to beat in what looks a competitive heat.
