Thoughts on Norse Legend at Salisbury today
Norse Legend makes his racecourse debut in the 1.50 at Salisbury today. Mickael Barzalona takes the ride in the seven furlong maiden. Norse Legend is more of a horse for next year as he will be seen to best effect over a staying trip. He can be a bit green in his work and hopefully he will learn a lot from today’s experience.
The race is an open affair and Tullia is the pick of those with experience and Marmarus ought to build on a promising debut – that said it wouldn’t take any of the newcomers to be a superstar to be involved in the finish although it would be pure guess work as to which that might be.
