Thoughts on Outrage

Outrgae runs in the 5.20 at Newmarket this evening. Rob Winston rides in the five furlong handicap. He is coming back to himself after a return from a long absence. We’ve done some gate work to get him away from the stalls a bit sharper today than last time. He showed nice pace in the middle part of the race, before tiring late on over six. Dropped back to five where he has done all his winning so far to date he should be capable of putting in something not far away from his best. If he can do that he will be competitive in a tight handicap.

Gracious John and Duke of Firenze are the class of the field but there are some improving sprinters in opposition and several could get involved and realistically there could be several winners.
