Thoughts on Outrage
Outrage runs today in the 4:35 at Newcastle. The gelding will be ridden by Kieran O’Neill in the 5 furlong contest. Outrage has been in good form of late and he really enjoys the straight track at Newcastle which suits his run style. He has won here twice over this distance. He is yet to win at this level but has decent placed efforts to his name and these are his best conditions.
The race looks competitive and several horses arrive in good form and almost anything could win this. Erissimus Maximus was second in a good race last time and probably sets the standard on recent form. El Hombre has taken on some stiff tasks of late and looks dangerous back in a race like this. Watchable hasn’t been flying quite as high but similar comments apply whilst Moonraker looks to have several things in his favour.
