Thoughts on Outrage today

Outrage runs in the 4.55 at Wolverhampton this afternoon. George Baker rides in the seven filing handicap. Outrage has run poorly in both starts this year. Which is a bit odd as his homework has been excellent. He had no excuse last time out at Pontefract. We have decided to set him a different challenge and whilst we still believe he will ultimately be at his best over sprint distances his full brother was more than capable over seven furlongs to think it’s worth trying. We’re using this approach to try and get him properly involved in the race.

There are plenty in here capable of winning at this level, Mr Christopher and the veteran Light From Mars both warrant respect but it’s worth noting that Certify who won on debut may be better suited by this stiffer test and warrants respect on that basis.
