Thoughts on Rampage

Rampage lines up at Newcastle today in a mile handicap at 7.30, Luke Morris takes the ride.

The gelding has missed a chunk of the season as he got a tooth infection that required an extraction. He is fully recovered from that but as he heads to the sales later this week this was about the only option left open to him. He was beaten very narrowly on handicap debut and there should still be further improvement in him.

An open looking contest and its probably those with recent course form that look the most likely winners Sandret and Vindobla in that order. Thrave is another in good hear who can be involved.
