Thoughts on River Sprite at Wolverhampton today

River Sprite runs in the 7.25pm at Wolverhampton. Kieran Shoemark is in the irons for the 7f novice race. Kieran was confident the step up in distance would suit after an encouraging debut over six furlongs. The filly is well drawn in stall 2.

This looks a good opening for River Sprite, her biggest rival may well be the well bred debutant Trinity Girl. Lethal Talent has been a consistent filly all season and sets a benchmark of sorts. Anna of Sussex needs to recapture of her debut win. Untouchable Beauty should improve for her debut.

River Sprite was purchased at the Tattersalls Book 3 Yearling Sale, where Daniel and Claire are currently sourcing the next champions for the string for 2020 and beyond. She races for the Diskovery Partnership and her breeder by Fiona Denniff. We will be launching a new Diskovery Partnership very soon!
