Thoughts on Saturday runners

We have two runners to end a busy week today (Saturday 7th May). Seneca Chief heads to Nottingham for the 2.10pm and Don’t Tell Claire lines up at Ascot at 3.30pm.

Seneca Chief

Seneca Chief should improve for his first run of the year last week. This looks a slightly easier affair than that race at Ascot.

Seneca Chief runs in the colours of owners & breeders Gary & Lesley Middlebrook and will be led up by Sammy Barnett who cares for him daily at home.

Don’t Tell Claire

Don’t Tell Claire was a course and distance winner here last summer and she meets some of those rivals again here. She has wintered well and has done plenty of work, just worth noting that most of our horses have stepped forward for their seasonal debut.

Don’t Tell Claire runs for owner Andrew Stonehill and will be led up by Shannon Pasotti who cares for her at home.
