Thoughts on Siempre Arturo

We send out one runner from Sarsen Farm today, Siempre Arturo will line up at Southwell in the 5.30pm contest.

Siempre Arturo won very well on his second start. How a strong that race was is open to question but you can only beat what is in front of you as they say. He was still raw and showed sign of inexperience and has continued to progress at home, so should take another step forward tonight.

A small field and on previous form the danger to Siempre Arturo looks to be the three year old Alrazeen who showed promise on his debut when fourth at Kempton despite showing signs of inexperience. It was a slowly run race so how well the form works out is open to question.
