Thoughts on Silhouette at Windsor
Silhouette makes his handicap debut in the 2.55 at Windsor (Monday 30th of May). Timmy Murphy rides on the gelding’s first attempt at a mile. Silhouette made a pleasing seasonal reappearance at Newbury and was doing his best work towards the end of the race and should benefit from his first experience of the turf and the step up in distance. He seemed to enjoy the good to soft going but he is a good moving horse with a good action so the quicker should be ok for him.
Outback Blue was a good winner of a very similar race at the track last week and is the horse to beat on this occasion. Lord Kelvin is one to watch as is Premier Currency dropping back in trip and in an easier grade than he has competed in of late.
