Thoughts on Thursday’s runners
We saddle two runners on Thursday, Dalatara heads to Nottingham where she will line up in the 2.40pm race under Dylan Hogan. Forest Demon makes the short journey to Newbury for the 3.25pm, Richard Kingscote takes the ride.
Dalatara
Dalatara is a sweet filly who will have learned on debut and should take another step forward. She will progress with racing and will stay further in due course.

Dalatara
An open enough looking race in which Sealine’s official rating of 81 sets the standard, albeit the mark looks a touch high. There’s probably little between Emma Emilleen, Eddie Temple, Redcliff Glen. Master Chartwell was green on debut in what looks a strong race and being open to further improvement is another to consider. Godwinson is a out of very useful mare who has already produced a good runner and is an interesting debutant.
Dalatara runs for owners Maureen Coxon & Partners and will be led up today by Shannon Pasotti.
Forest Demon
Forest Demon didn’t get the run of the race last time out at Wolverhampton and his performance can probably be upgraded. Things haven’t gone right for him so far this season and he deserves a bit of luck as on his homework he looks a step above this grade.

Forest Demon
Monopolise sets the standard after some solid runs in higher grade races over seven furlongs. He won over a mile at two and looks likely to relish the return to the trip. Lunarscape needs to prove as effective on a faster surface but is danger if able to do so. Achillea has a nice pedigree and the extra furlong should be a plus stepping into handicap company after progressing in maidens.
Forest Demon runs in the colours of Capture The Moment IX Syndicate and will be led up by James Pulley who cares for him daily at home.
