Thoughts on today’s runners
Two runners today, Bowland Park at Nottingham and Fiscal Policy at Kempton.
Bowland Park
Bowland Park runs at Nottingham at 4.20pm under David Egan in Division I of a mile handicap. He has been given a bit of a freshen up and looks to have his ideal conditions today. He has worked well at home and should run nicely.
Shaladar looks to be the main danger on the back of his recent win in a similar contest.
Bowland Park runs for owner breeders Gary and Lesley Middlebrook and will be led up by Shannon Pasotti who cares for him daily at home.
Fiscal Policy
Fiscal Policy lines up at Kempton at 8.30pm, Dylan Hogan rides. Fiscal Policy has improved with every start and hopefully he can take another step forward here. He is drawn a bit wider than ideal which is a slight negative.
The race looks a typically competitive handicap at this level, with last time out winners You Are My World and Rainbow Sign the obvious dangers.
Fiscal Policy also runs in the colours of the Middlebrooks and will be led up by James Pulley.
