Thought’s on Today’s Runners
Two runners sent out this afternoon from Sarsen Farm. First up is Helm Rock in the 4.30 at Carlisle. The gelding makes his handicap debut today with James Sullivan in the irons. Helm Rock drops back in distance today to seven furlongs. They are drawn in stall 12 as he tackles handicap company for the first time.

An open looking handicap with quite a few having there first run of the season. Enderman and Imperial Butterfly both progressed as two year olds and probably set the standard on their return to action. Hope Probe has been in good form and should remain competitive if continuing to improve in this better class of race.
Helm Rock is by Pivotal, out of the Invincible Spirit mare, Nibbling. He is owned by Capture The Moment, a syndicate personally managed by Daniel and Claire. He will be led up today by Ilse Belien.
Our second runner of the day is Dream Design in the 6.35 at Leicester. Adam McNamara is aboard the filly for the seven furlong maiden stakes. She is drawn in stall 5.

Mobaadel sets the standard on form, however Thaler and World of Windhover can both progress from their debuts, whilst Bashosh is very well bred and although seven furlongs is sharp for a horse who still retains a Derby entry, perhaps the entry indicates that their is a belief he has plenty of ability.
Dream Design is by Invincible Spirit, out of the Topbougg mare, Distinctive. She was bred by and is owned by Gary and Lesley Middlebrook. She will be led up by groom Epona Miller and overseen by travelling manager, Shaun Johnson.
