Thoughts on Trimoulet at Chelmsford this evening

Trimoulet runs in the 6.20 at Chelmsford this evening (16th April). Tom Queally takes the ride for the first time on the big gelding in the ten furlong handicap. Trimoulet won over course and distance in February before following up at Wolverhampton a few days later. He was a bit disappointing last time out returned to the turf. He has been in good form at home since and is working nicely.

The race looks a competitive and open one. Tizlove Regardless has upped his game recently with blinkers added and looks like to make another bold bid from the front. Topamichi is a recent course and distance and is another who looks likely to figure under a prominent ride.
