Thoughts on Two Smart this afternoon

Two Smart runs in the 4.00 this afternoon at Lingfield. Pat Cosgrave rides in the seven furlong fillies handicap. The has been placed on all three start for the yard and certainly shows a lot of ability on the gallops. She hasn’t matched it all up on the racecourse yet but with a bit of luck in running we are hoping for a decent effort as she has had a bit of a freshen up since her last run and seems to run best when quite fresh. She didn’t enjoy being in blinkers on her most recent start so we have left them off today.

The race is competitive and cases can be made for a few of the runners. Skinny Love won on her first start for new connections last time over six furlongs at the course and should handle the step up in grade and is certainly a contender. Lucky Di is on a handicap mark she should be able to win from and is probably better suited to the seven furlongs of today’s race than the six she has recently been seen over.
