Today the team head to Chelmsford City racecourse with the one runner on Thursday 7th November. HELM ROCK will be lining up in the 8.30pm handicap over 1 mile, Saffie Osborne will be in the saddle this evening.

Helm Rock runs for owners Capture The Moment VII. He will be led up today by James Pulley who cares for him daily at home and he is ridden in his daily exercise by Alex Swinwood. They will be overseen at the races this evening by travelling manager Shaun Johnson.
