Thursdays Runners

Busy day today as we send out four runners at two meeting on Thursday 25th July. We start the afternoon off at Sandown with the first two runners, LIL GUFF lines up at a track she loves in the 2.10pm a handicap over 5 furlongs, Oisin Murphy will be riding this filly again today. SIEMPRE ARTURO is our next runner in the 4.20pm handicap over 1 mile 2 furlongs, William Buick having his first ride on this improving son of Outstrip.

Then we head over to Yarmouth with the other two runners for the start of this year’s racing league. AL RUFAA starts the evening off here in the 6.30pm, a handicap over 1 mile with David Probert in the saddle. ANDALEEP is our last runner of the night, he goes in the 8.30pm handicap over 1 mile 2 furlongs, Silvestre De Sousa will be riding him for the first time today and it is no secret that this gelding loves to win with a new jockey in the saddle.

LIL GUFF

Lil Guff runs in the colours of owner Wayne Clifford and was bred by Sarah Clifford at their Byerley Stud. She will be led up today by Epona Miller who rides and cares for her daily at home, and will be overseen today by Tamsin Karn.

SIEMPRE ARTURO

Siempre Aruturo was bred by Vivienne O’Sullivan who races the gelding together with Crowd Racing. A really fun racing club with a range of very affordable membership options. He will be lead up today by Sammy Barnett who cares for him daily at home.

AL RUFAA

Al Rufaa runs for Carter, Lofthouse and Capture the Moment. He will be led up today by Jan Kasecky who cares for him at home and is ridden daily in his home work by Shaun Johnson.

ANDALEEP

Andaleep runs for owner James Finch. He will be led up today by Shannon Pasotti who rides and cares for him daily at home.
