Tuesdays Royal Ascot Runner

Our yard star ASTRO KING heads to Royal Ascot, a place he knows so well on Tuesday 18th June. Today he lines up in the 5.40pm Wolferton Stakes, a Listed race over 1 mile 2 furlongs with regular partner Richard Kingscote in the saddle.

Astro King runs for Capture the Moment, Lofthouse and Carter. He was purchased at the Tattersalls Horses in Training sale for 36,000 Guineas by Daniel & Claire. He is cared for at home by Jan Kasecky who will be leading him up. He will be overseen today by Tamsin Karn, who has travelled overseas with Astro King and the gelding is regularly ridden in his homework by Mark Lawson.
