Upcoming Runners

We look set to be busy next week with Cobbs Quay entered in an apprentice handicap at Pontefract over 10 furlongs on Monday 23rd April, it seems likely that further will suit him as the season progresses but he is ready to get his season off to a start and the stiff uphill finish at the track makes it a real test and he should get the soft ground he needs with all the recent rain. Spin Again will run in a seller on Tuesday 24th of April over 7 furlongs at Wolverhampton after working particularly well on Monday morning over six furlongs, covering the final half mile on a gently rising turf gallop in 48 seconds, hopefully he has a great chance in this grade. Whitechapel has a race earmarked at Haydock on Saturday 28th of April on what will probably be his last race course appearance, we are looking for a home for this kind gelding if anyone is interested.

We’ll also try and squeeze in a bit of time at the Doncaster Bloodstock Sales and Breeze Ups and Horses in Training Sale at the beginning of next week and there are couple of possible projects at the Brightwells Horses in training sale, at Ascot on Monday, if anyone is interested in a cheap horse, with a view to repeating our success with Spin Again!
