We head to Kempton Park on Wednesday 18th December with HELM ROCK. He lines up in the 6.40pm, a class 3 handicap over 1 mile, Richard Kingscote will be in the saddle hoping together they can be first past the post again this evening.

Helm Rock runs for owners Capture The Moment VII and will be led up today by Shannon Pasotti. James Pulley cares for him daily at home and he is ridden in his daily exercise by Alex Swinswood. They will be overseen at the races tonight by travelling manager Shaun Johnson.
