Winner – Don’t Tell Claire

Don’t Tell Claire got a thoroughly deserved win at Newmarket on Wednesday afternoon in the £25,000 Class 2 Fillies Handicap. She has put in a string of good efforts this summer without quite getting her head in front and suffering an unusual portion of bad luck. Under a patient ride from Jack Mitchell the mare was able to track the heavy favourite Light of Peace and travelled strongly into the race, winning with her ears pricked at the line.

This was the mares fifth career win. She was a £15,000 yearling purchase by Daniel & Claire as a yearling. Daniel & Claire currently have a few yearlings for sale. There are syndicates options available too. If you’d like to see the yearlings there are open mornings on the 22nd and 29th of October.
