Winner – Outrage

Outrage added another career success to his CV yesterday afternoon, bringing his tally of wins to 10 from 51 starts. It looked a competitive field of five in the 4.35 five furlong sprint at Lingfield yesterday afternoon.

Richard Kingscote was in the saddle, as he was when the pair won over course and distance last month. The pair jumped well, and were held up at the back of the field two furlongs out. Richard took Outrage wide and he still had plenty to do a furlong out, but once Richard asked for maximum effort Outrage delivered a strong turn of foot and blew by his rivals comfortably.

Outrage races for Capture The Moment, a syndicate managed and run directly by Daniel and Claire. He was purchased by Daniel and Claire as a yearling at the Tattersalls Book 1 sale. Last night, he was led up by James Pulley and overseen by travelling manager, Shaun Johnson who rides him most of the time at home.
