Winner – Seneca Chief
Seneca Chief notched his 6th career win on his 23rd start, his second for the season. In a strongly run race he was able to finish the best of his rivals under Tom Marquand who had to switch him wide around the flagging pace setters as the gelding recorded his second win at Sandown. The stiff five furlongs really plays to his strengths and with a similar race over course and distance next Wednesday he should have every chance of following up under a penalty.

Seneca Chief is owned and was bred by Gary & Lesley Middlebrook. He was led up today by Epona Miller, overseen by Shaun Johnson and at home is cared for by Jan Kasecky, he is regularly ridden by Nick Bentley and Alex Swinswood. As ever thanks for the whole team, its been the best ever season for Kubler Racing in terms of both winners and prize money. This is the result of the whole team striving together, from the riders, the grooms the veterinary team, blacksmith, our suppliers and most importantly of all the massive support of the owners. If you would like to get involved as winning owner and support the continuing the development of the team as we aim to progress to the next level of sport get in touch.
