An international operation that won a record best amount of prize money in 2025, Kübler Racing is seeking skilled full and part time riders with a confident, patient and kind approach to developing horses to join our friendly, dedicated team at our modern yard in Upper Lambourn.
At the foot of the gallops, our state-of-the-art facilities provide the perfect environment for horses and staff alike. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to progress in a supportive and ambitious team. There may be opportunities to work abroad during the winter in Bahrain.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong riding ability and a calm, empathetic attitude towards horses.
- Reliability and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Enthusiasm for developing your skills and contributing to the team’s success.
What We Offer:
- Work-life balance: Full-time hours (40 per week) spread Monday to Saturday, with no Saturday afternoons, no Sundays, and an additional weekday afternoon off. Normal hours are 6:45–13:00 & 16:30–17:30.
- Flexibility: Part-time applications are considered for the right candidate.
- Racing opportunities: Attend races if desired (but not essential).
- Accommodation (full-time only): A modern, high-quality one-bedroom flat at Sarsen Farm can be included in your package.
